Polls & Quizzes

Questions about creating and managing polls and quizzes

Navigate to the Polls section and click Create New Poll. Enter your poll title, add questions with multiple choice options, set the duration, and customize appearance. Click Publish to make it live. You can share the poll link or code with participants.

Participants can join by: (1) Clicking the direct poll link you share, (2) Using the poll code on the public join page at /join, or (3) Searching the public polls list. They don't need an account to participate.

Yes! All votes and response data are updated instantly on the results page. As poll owner, you can see live participation and response patterns as they happen. Participants see real-time results if that option is enabled.

When creating a poll, use the automation settings to set specific start and end times. You can also configure automatic reminders to be sent to participants before the poll starts. The system will automatically manage poll lifecycle without manual intervention.

Yes! You can export poll results in CSV or Excel format from the results dashboard. This includes response data, timestamps, participant information, and aggregated statistics for further analysis.

Surveys

Questions about creating and distributing surveys

Mikutano supports multiple question types including: multiple choice, single select, text/open-ended, rating scales, ranking, matrix/grid, dropdown, checkbox, date/time, and file upload. Each type can be customized with required/optional settings.

You can distribute surveys by: (1) Sharing the direct survey link, (2) Sending invitations via email to specific recipients, (3) Using QR codes for in-person events, or (4) Embedding the survey on your website. All distribution methods are tracked in analytics.

Yes, you can set maximum response limits, close surveys at specific dates/times, limit responses per participant, and require authentication. Use branching logic to show different questions based on previous answers.

Meetings

Questions about scheduling and managing meetings

Go to the Meetings section and click Create Meeting. Enter the meeting title, select date and time, add description, invite participants by email, and configure meeting details. Once published, invitations are automatically sent to participants with a registration link.

Yes, each meeting has a unique registration page where participants can RSVP and provide additional information. You can customize registration fields, collect company/department info, and track attendance. Automated reminders are sent before the meeting starts.

The Meetings dashboard shows all registered participants, RSVPs, and attendance status. You can export participant lists, send additional reminders, and track no-shows. Meeting notes and follow-up actions can also be recorded.

Chat & Support

Questions about messaging and support features

Go to the Chat section, select a contact or start a new conversation. Type your message and press send. All messages are organized by conversation and stored for future reference. You can search message history and pin important conversations.

Navigate to Support Tickets and click Create Ticket. Describe your issue, attach files if needed, and assign priority level. Tickets are tracked with status updates, and you can collaborate with team members. Monitor ticket progress from your dashboard.

Support tickets can be categorized as: Bug Reports, Feature Requests, Billing Questions, Technical Support, Account Issues, and General Inquiries. Categories help organize and prioritize tickets for faster resolution by the support team.

Account & General

Questions about accounts, billing, and general platform usage

Click the Sign Up button on the homepage, enter your email address and choose a password, then verify your email. You'll have immediate access to create polls, surveys, and other Mikutano features. You can upgrade to premium plans anytime.

We offer Free and Pro plans. The Free plan includes basic meetings scheduling, polls and surveys. Pro plans add advanced features, custom branding, and priority support.

Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. Click the link in the email and set a new password. For security, reset links expire after 24 hours.

Yes, Mikutano uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with data protection regulations and never share your data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
